As a Realtor, Green Building Professional, and environmentalist, I work with people as they negotiate this complex real estate market to make smarter choices with regards to how their space and lifestyle affects the planet. With a B.A. in Finance, Green Building expertise, and a Real Estate background, I fuse my ‘green’ sensibility with solid business acumen. A higher calling, if you will. Basically, I provide my clients with free consultation for converting these gorgeous old places around town into healthy homes and modern marvels of energy efficiency.
I am an agent with Green Key Real Estate, a local real estate brokerage that holds sustainability near and dear to its heart. We’re a Certified Green Business in San Francisco, are fully carbon neutral, minimize paper usage around the office (100% recycled of course), give to organizations that work to promote the green building agenda, as well as donating to other charities in and around the Bay Area. We even work at recycled desks. Really.
Additionally, I am a partner at The Green Home Center. It is a design showcase and retail space devoted to, well… green homes. There, we work together as a group to provide all the services/products an aspiring ‘greenie’ could want. From solar panels to tankless water heaters, native plants in the garden to LED lights in the loo, we’ve got it covered.
I’m working to make my clients’ homes more healthy, more efficient, and better for the planet. We do live here, after all. I love San Francisco, and I think we can be a beacon of hope to the rest of the States, if not the world. So, greeningSF is my outreach to all of you, renters and homeowners who give a hoot.
Please feel free to get in touch if you have additional questions or just want to chat.
All the best,
Bo Wright

P.S. It is my policy to give a $1000 gift certificate to The Green Home Center to all my buyers upon closing. A thank you, and a jump start on greening their new home. Tell your friends, tell your neighbors. Call your Mom, tell her you love her. And then tell her, too.
